AWARENESS OF GOD- This loving God guided me through life, through parties, through drugs and alcohol, through fantastic employment opportunities, through hardships, through unhealthy relationships, and isolation. I couldn’t blame God for the decisions I made, but I questioned Him about my father and childhood challenges. I asked Him about not having a child. I questioned Him about the horrible surgeries I had experienced that left me believing I couldn’t have a child. I was being punished. That’s what I said. I was being punished. I had been with this man since I was seventeen and now twenty-six. I had no children, a good-paying job, and was now isolated. God, you told me to move out of the family house. God, you told me to leave him and never to let him back in. God, you have me walking on this beach, cutting my hair off, and feeling alone. I was disconnected from a well-known organization, decreased drinking and smoking weed, and prayed about healing. I was aware that God was doing something. He was doing something. He was doing something.
